October 2021 Fanfiction Spook Fest

Spooky season is upon us, and that means a brand new OOC event! This is the Fanfiction Spook Fest, where you will pick a IC character(s) that is your own or another members' and write them up in a post! Fanart and other forms of media are also acceptable entries to this challenge. This thread will utilize the FANFICTION board.

This game's theme- ghost stories. Put the selected character in a spooky situation- it can be funny, horrific, serious, sexy or just downright weird. Have they broken down in front of a haunted house? Are they pranking a superior? Want to draw a character in their favorite Halloween costume? Or draft up what recipes they'd have for a Halloween feast? Don't be afraid to get creative with it!

THIS EVENT WILL CONCLUDE OCTOBER 31st

REWARDS    For your first two submissions, you may equate those submissions as a post for your IC characters. That means any non-ranked characters selected will fulfill the activity check for the month of October 2021, and any ranked characters will have completed 1 out of the 4 monthly posts required of them. You will also get a shiny achievement badge for submitting a fanfiction!

These fanfiction stories fall under the site's 21+ umbrella, and may contain Mature content.

THIS GAME COMPLETELY OPTIONAL, YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SIGN-UP

Rules

When your fanfiction post/story is completed, please put it in the FANFICTION board. That way, it can be read by other members even after the game ends!

When writing fanfiction about another member's character, please ask for permission from that member first before posting it up on the Fanfiction forum. Permission is only necessary to post up on the Fanfiction forum and submit the story to this challenge- it can be a surprise beforehand!

This challenge is not limited to writing- other forms of media, like art, videos and poetry are also acceptable! If there are any questions about this, please ask a staff member!

Please put a trigger warning in the title of any threads that contain Mature or sensitive content.
